Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled booking time will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled booking time will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking time are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances such as technical issues, safety concerns, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or reschedule at your convenience.

5. Conduct and House Rules

When using our Services, you agree to adhere to our house rules, which include but are not limited to:

• Treating staff and other customers with respect.
